  • I am based in Pasadena, CA.

  • Yes! I hold in-person sessions from a lovely office in South Pasadena, CA.

  • My fees for individual therapy are $225 per session.

  • I do not accept insurance, which means I am not in-network with any insurance companies. This decision was made to ensure our work is dictated by your needs, rather than the demands of insurance providers.

    If you have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide you with a Superbill on a monthly basis. If you’re interested in this option, be sure to reach out to your insurance company and ask if they will reimburse for sessions provided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. If so, you’ll also want to make sure you know what your deductible is and how far you are from meeting it.

    To honor our consultation time together, I recommend reaching out to your insurance company to gather these details before we hop on a call.

  • Online therapy is a great option for those seeking holistic therapy in the state of California. We will meet weekly through a virtual Telehealth platform called Simple Practice. You’ll just need to have a private space with a strong internet connection where you feel comfortable.

  • In your first appointment, you will have the opportunity to let me know what brings you to therapy, a bit about your history, and what your goals are. The first session serves as an opportunity for us to get to know each other a bit better and begin to get the lay of the land for your treatment.

  • I only offer weekly sessions. My approach is in-depth and I’ve found weekly sessions offer the best results for lasting change.

  • Every individual has an individualized treatment plan. Because of this, everyone’s time in therapy varies. That being said, I provide long-term in-depth therapy because I’ve found this to be highly effective.
